Through Nov.15th CLUB practice will continue as scheduled. MS/HS club.

October 1st starts preseason practices. This includes our 15u Jr league members.

Girls Only continues as scheduled Wednesday 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM until Nov 14th. Contact coachsullivanet@gmail.com for information about Sunday practices during the Folkstyle season.
Friday Nov 13th will be the last practice of the summer sessions. HS practices start Monday Nov. 16th. Speak to coach James if your HS athlete is interested in keeping there club membership through the Folkstyle season.
Monday November 16th will also be the first official JR League Practice. There will be two practice groups. The rosters will be sent out to define who us expected in which group.
New Recruits: 6-7pm; For first and second year wrestlers, mostly 11 and under.
MJWL Team Training: 7-8:30pm; 3+ years experience, 6th grade and up, 15u
